Program Objectives:
Through TAIQ’s reinforcement learning, dive deeper into the eight key inclusive behaviors of Open, Aware, Unbiased, Performance and Goal-Oriented, Curious, Culturally Competent, Collaborative and Courageous. These TAIQ inclusive behaviors will help you to develop broader and deeper relationships with your coaching clients. TAIQ also provides a framework for coaching clients to be more inclusive as well.

Program Plan (Total of ~ 11 weeks, 15 to 25 minutes per week)

TAIQ Behavioral Assessment
  • A comprehensive assessment on all 8 inclusive behaviors
  • Instant assessment report with dynamic heat map and recommendations
Participants earn TAIQ Ally Badge after completion

TAIQ Foundational Program (2 weeks)
  • Daily reinforcement learning (3 to 5 minutes per day)
  • Overview and benefits of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB)
  • What is required to drive real impact in DEIB including TAIQ's approach
  • Introduction to TAIQ’s 8 keys inclusive behaviors
Participants earn TAIQ Advocate Badge after completion

TAIQ Behavioral Program on "Coach-Client Relationship" (8 weeks)
  • Daily reinforcement learning (3 to 5 minutes per day, see sample weekly plan)
  • Benefit from practical scenarios and how coaches can think, act, and interact inclusively in such situations
  • Learn practical examples of how to exemplify each behavior in day-to-day work
  • Reinforce learnings through brief quizzes on each behavior
  • Foster a community that shares related tips/learnings and holds each other accountable to building a more inclusive culture for everyone
  • Reflect on one’s own as well as their clients’ inclusive behaviors

End of program assessment (minimum of 85% to graduate)
Participants earn TAIQ Champion badge and certificate upon completion
